Places

There are so many wonderful places for Danes in Arizona to visit.

One attraction that we should all visit with our families this holiday season is the Petersen House Museum located in Tempe:

Danish Christmas at the Petersen House

The Petersen House Museum will be at its holiday best, filled with Danish Christmas decorations and traditions for the holiday season. This year, experience the real-life version of “Peter’s Christmas,” a Danish Christmas story written by J. Krohn. Written about a young boy’s Christmas in Denmark during the late 1800s, the story follows Peter and his family through their Christmas preparations, traditions and the celebrations of Twelfth Night, the traditional end of the Danish Christmas season.
